Cobranet strives to provide the highest levels of service to its wide base of clients – both home users and corporate clients. The Support department in the company, which is manned by competent engineers proactively, monitors the network.
To provide efficient services, there is a 24 hour customer care department which is manned by 12 highly trained network engineers who at the first stage troubleshoot with the client and in most cases resolve the problem over the phone. In case of a unique problem or if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, it is then escalated to the Field Engineering department and a service team is dispatched to fix the problem. Cobranet has 18 teams of engineers in the field department, equipped with spares parts, provided with cars to commute within the city.
Cobranet guarantees a minimum uptime of 97%, if not more.
